When will my product arrive?

All products are shipped within 2 working days and sent out with Royal Mail second class. Please look at the Shippings & Returns page for more information.

 

Are Zedig Design's products eco-friendly?

Producing goods will always have an impact on our planet, however my challenge is to make it as minimal as possible. You can read about my planet-friendly pledge here.

 

How can I stock Zedig Design's products in my shop?

I am always on the look-out for new stockists and would love to be stocked in your shop. If you would like to sell my range in your retail space or gallery, or if you have any questions about my wholesale T&Cs, please email me. You can find a list of some of the lovely independent stockists around the UK and beyond here.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please email me with your order number at info@zedigdesign.com to cancel your order. Please note, orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you change your mind once the order has dispatched, please see our returns policy below.

 

What is your returns policy?

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase I always offer a full refund. Please email me at info@zedigdesign.com within 7 days and I will send you a return slip to fill in. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  

Do you do custom design work?

I do indeed! Over the last 15 years I have worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from large publishing houses to small start-ups. Please email me info@zedigdesign.com for further information or have a look at my portfolio site for examples of my graphic design and illustration work.
