Shipping and policies
We gladly accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If the item is in stock, we will endeavour to post your items to you within 2 days. Shipping in the UK is with Royal Mail First Class and should take 1-2 working days to arrive. Please note, at peak times, such as over the Christmas period, shipping can take significantly longer.
International shipping is also by Royal Mail and shipping times vary depending on destination. Please also note that some international packages have to pass through customs processes (which can take time) and are subject to import taxes, VAT and/or other customs fees at the time of delivery. These taxes are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential delivery carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.
All greeting cards and prints will be securely packed flat and sent in a cardboard-backed envelope. Our larger orders are sent in a padded manilla envelope. Wall hangings will be shipped to you in a cardboard postal tube.
Refunds and exchanges
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase we offer a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days and we will send you a return slip to fill in. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
